Tom Templeton is the Project Manager for Templeton Advantage, a leadership development service for educational and non-profit organizations throughout Pennsylvania. Previously, Tom served as a consultant and Assistant Executive Director with the Pennsylvania School Boards Association for over 10 years. He served 12 years as an aide to U.S. Representative George W. Gekas. He has facilitated courses as a Graduate Assistant with Dale Carnegie and regularly speaks to many groups and civic organizations around Pennsylvania. Tom is a recognized and sought-after leadership strategist.
Tom Casey, CMC is the founder and President of Business Consulting Services (BCS). He has over thirty years in the consulting industry, with extensive experience in the improvement of business performance and operations, as well as the planning and implementation of information technology strategies. Tom is a Certified Management Consultant, and serves on the Board of the Institute of Management Consultants Philadelphia Chapter as Past President and Programs Chair. He is recognized as a Certified Computer Professional by the Institute for Certification of Computer Professionals. He serves on the Business Intelligence (MS) Curriculum Advisory Board for Saint Joseph’s University and as a Career Mentor for students at several universities. He holds an MBA in Finance from Widener University, and a BS in Management-Marketing from Saint Joseph’s University.
