Quantifying the Client Value of a Consulting Project

With Ken Keefer

Most consultants understand we must deliver consistently high value to our clients to build a list of strong referrals and a profitable practice.  What takes more time and effort to learn is what value means to each of our clients.  How can we gauge the potential value of an engagement to ourselves?  The key to answering this question is to measure client value from both perspectives – that of the client and the consultant.  Join Ken Keefer who will help us explore the concept of measuring client value:  why do it, how to do it, and what roles the client and consultant play in the measurement process.  Ken will facilitate the discussion in our popular “buzz session” format, which enables participants to benefit from the collective knowledge and experience of veteran consultants.
