Mastermind Session:
Practice Development & Collaboration

With a Special Topic On:
"Practice Growth Through Strategic Partnership"
Strategic partnerships come in all shape and sizes - everything from a long-term formal partnership to collaborating on a single project. They can be incredibly powerful in building your business, expanding your offerings and reaching new clients!

Join our Mastermind session as we get you thinking about:
 The wide range of ways to partner, based on real-life experiences!
 How to ensure the partnership is planned / structured for success!

You will move into your roundtable discussion to delve into more depth on these or other topics your colleagues may raise.

Great partnerships are built on trust and yet building trust can be incredibly difficult when details like money, client interface, branding, intellectual property or ownership issues are involved. David Shavzin has been in and out of a wide variety of strategic partnerships, some successful, some not so!
He will walk through a few of those examples to get you thinking!

Building that trust requires collaborative tools and a framework to use when entering into new
partnership. McKenzie Wren is a skilled facilitator who uses collaborative tools, creative facilitation
techniques and innovative approaches to increase communication. She will provide a brief framework for
building an effective partnership, whatever the format.

McKenzie Wren is a skilled facilitator who believes in the power of  community to find the best solutions for their problems, whether the community is workplace, geographic, or interest-oriented. McKenzie uses collaborative tools, creative facilitation techniques and innovative approaches to encourage problem solving and increase communication.
