Mark Haas, CMC, FIMC founded Research and Organization Management, Inc. This strategy and performance management consulting firm empowers executives to be more effective and their Boards to increase market value. Clients include science, technology, R&D-centric organizations, mid-market private companies, progressive non-profits, military strategy, national security, and STEM education. Mark is past National Chair and current Ethics Officer of IMC USA, Board Chair of the Association for Enterprise Growth, and is a committee chair or chapter president of several engineering and education associations. He postponed a client visit to Dubai to join this panel.

Don Springer is President and CEO of The Colton Group, Inc., a board directorship and executive advisory firm providing actionable strategies to accelerate the growth of emerging businesses, global companies, and social enterprises serving U.S., European, and Asian markets. Don speaks from both the consultant's and the client's point of view, having advised and served on several boards of international and domestic technology and service companies, built numerous venture backed start-ups, and served as CEO of a global enterprise he helped grow from $5 million to $800 million. He is an active member of several professional development organizations, and is a frequent guest speaker at several universities.

Jeane Ann Larsen, PhD. is the principal and managing consultant of her own process improvement, change management, and transformation consultancy. She has served as internal process engineer, consultant, change agent, Vice President of Clinical Quality & Safety and Chief Learning Officer. She founded an award-winning corporate university for a major health care organization and is a frequent speaker at national and international conferences on process redesign, change management, leadership, transformation, cultural change, and organizational development. Her most recent book is Organizational and Process Re-engineering: Approaches for Health Care Transformation.

Dallas Diggs is a consultant, coach, and speaker. His firm, The Diggs Group, helps organizations accelerate growth by defining and implementing improvements in customer experience. Dallas' P&L leadership roles in Fortune 100, small businesses, and non-profits provide a depth of expertise he shares helping clients align their organizations with customer experience ideals. He has led teams delivering $500 million in annual revenue growth, achieving several category firsts and awards for strategy, direct marketing, and database management. His experience includes commercial, consumer, and non-profit growth in more than 30 industries.

​Our Moderator 

Dick Tozer, a long time consultant in Dallas, focuses on helping small growing companies solve problems and develop long term strategies for consistent rapid growth in sales and profits. He also develops and presents related educational and training programs, and helps attorneys as an expert witness in complex legal cases. He is best known in the Dallas Chapter of IMC for having founded the group that has become the Consultant's Workshop. A frequent part-time faculty member, he has organized and chaired successful speaker series for both UTD and SMU.
