Culture drives collaboration

Do you wear the wrong glasses?

When there is conflict, power struggles, and disagreement most of us are trained to wear the ‘wrong glasses’.  Even traditional psychology textbooks since Freud have focused on psychological illnesses rather than the psychology of continual self-improvement.

As a consultant, we are paid to find what is ‘wrong’ with the situation, then assist in finding the solution.

We are looking for that smoking gun.

But situations are never so simple. Each person reacts to the world based on their unique life experiences.

Conflict comes from the inability to see the big picture and what is right with the different ideas brought to the table.

This shift in wearing the ‘right glasses’ instead of the ‘wrong glasses’ is one essential element in emotional intelligence training as taught by Maximize Your Talent.

Emotional intelligence (EQ) not intellectual intelligence (IQ) optimizes consulting and client team performance.

Join Dr Louann Tung and Art DeLorenzo – managing principal of Maximize Your Talent to boost your EQ in this interactive webinar.

In this one-hour workshop you will discover

·      What really motivates a team of diverse members to collaborate
