Getting Your Shop in Order – Part 2

With Tom Templeton

As independent consultants, we strive to provide high-impact products and services to the marketplace.  However, often when we are busy delivering services, our own practices can suffer for lack of attention to managing the internal logistics.  It’s time to address the problem, but where to start?

  • What’s the optimum way to structure our daily routine?

  • When is it time to call upon experts to get us to the next level?

  • How about the best use of technology and social media?

Join Tom Templeton as he continues with Part 2 of Getting Your Shop in Order. He will provide more impactful strategies for managing time gobblers, keeping your business and financial planning simple, and tying strategy to objectives and budget in a simplified way.
