Technology Licensing:
The Key Elements that Assure Success
With Mansour Djadali, President, Meem Consulting

Tuesday, May 11, 5:00 - 7:00 p.m., Laurel Electronics, Inc.,
3183-G Airway Ave., Costa Mesa, CA 92626

Technology licensing
can provide needed technology to a buyer (licensee) and revenue to a seller (licensor), but the licensing of technology is a complex, multi-disciplinary subject that requires up-front negotiation and attention to a myriad of practical details that can make or break a successful technology transfer. Licensing presents opportunities for consultants, not just attorneys, and is not just limited to new products.

To learn more about technology licensing, from both the buyer's and seller's points of view, join us at our next IMC Technology SIG meeting on Tuesday, May 11, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Our guest speaker will be Mansour Djadali, technology licensing and technology transfer expert. Our venue will be the conference room of Laurel Electronics, Inc., 3183-G Airway Ave., Costa Mesa, CA 92626 (close to the intersection of the 405 and 55 freeways). Map. Those interested may proceed to a local restaurant following our meeting.
