When was the last time a professional development program made you a significantly better consultant?

We learn from books and journals. We gain insights from speakers and webinars. We pick up a new technology or practice from courses. But you don't ever get to try out these skills and give your consulting muscles a full workout.
What if you could integrate all your marketing, selling, analytical and client skills?
What if you could work with other consultants to solve a challenging client problem?
What if you learned new perspectives and capabilities by working on a project with your peers?
What if you learned more about yourself and became a better consultant in a few hours?
You'll get your chance on February 18th.
This is a member-only case study workshop to sharpen your consulting skills. We will assemble teams of your fellow members, each of whom brings complementary skills and experience. Based on a common case study, each team will develop and propose to a prospect an approach to address the prospect's challenges.
This is a friendly competition in which you will test your collective leadership, diagnostic, communication, analytic and management skills.  You'll have to figure out how to manage the team, negotiate what skills you each can bring to bear, which of your alternative approaches is best, and deliver a plausible, compelling presentation to convince the prospect to award your team the project.
This is more than just listening to a speaker or reading a book. Here you'll have to work hard, contribute your best capabilities and opening yourself to challenges from your peers. You’ll leave with new partners and refined skills.
Take advantage of this unique opportunity to put your marketing, consulting and team leadership skills through their paces. Register right now to reserve a place on one of the teams.

About the Speakers

This is not a "speaker" event. YOU are both teacher and student in this workshop. Prepare to have your consulting practices challenges and refined by your fellow NCR members. You'll get to know them - and yourself - better.

And we'll have a lot of fun at the same time.
