Consulting Trends and Change Management -
What Consultants Need to Know

by Barbara A. Mather, Ph.D.

According to Forrester, there is a growing need for Organizational Change Management (OCM) consulting expertise to meet client expectations for engagement delivery and success. Join us on October 6, 2017 at our new breakfast location, The Marriott Courtyard in El Segundo, for an interactive presentation on OCM and Management Consulting Trends by IMC USA member and Certified Management Consultant Barbara A. Mather, Ph.D.

In her talk, Barb will discuss current organizational and management consulting issues and trends she has experienced as both a consultant and scholar practitioner. She will cover important theories by thought leaders that are key to OCM foundational practices, as well as general business trends, trends specific to the practice of management consulting, and the requisite skills and attributes consultants need for success.

Consultants who attend this session will:

  • Gain a broad understanding of trends driving the need for organizational change
  • Learn new organizational development resources, references, and other materials that support successful organizational change projects
  • Find out how the scholar-practitioner model can help you navigate future trends and achieve consulting success
