Prevent a Mess !
Improving Collaboration with Clients & Colleagues

Working well with other people, whether they be clients, project team members, or other consultants, is one of the keys to successful consulting. Our technical work may be sound, but do we always work well with others to deliver outstanding results?

  • How do client and consultant perspectives on collaboration differ?

  • What do clients expect from consultants regarding collaboration?

  • What are the pitfalls and dilemmas inherent in collaboration?

  • What are some keys will help you prevent a mess?

  • When a mess happens, how do you sort it out?

Don't miss IMC's first Forum of 2007! There will be plenty of time for networking with colleagues before the presentation while you enjoy a light buffet and your choice of beverage.

Learn how others work in collaboration with clients and other consulting team members. Hear about messy situations and how to avoid them from two internal consultants with external consulting experience. Contribute your own experiences, good or bad. Most of all, discover ways you can improve your own collaboration skills and encourage your clients to work more closely with you.

P.S. An instant benefit! If you join IMC at this meeting, IMC will waive the usual $50 application fee!
