Management Consultants Forum Dallas Fort Worth Chapter

November 12th, 2007

Turning Data & Research Into Action !

How you can help clients conduct research and act to create profitable new business opportunities

Companies amass mountains of data and conduct market research on a regular basis, yet many new products and services fail to turn a profit. In some cases, clients add new products and services without adequate knowledge of the market or competitive environment.

As management consultants, we can provide independent, objective input to help clients focus not only on the opportunity, but also on competitive response and other market dynamics. That means we must have a good working knowledge of research techniques and best practices. As independent consultants, rarely do we have the chance to learn from those who have been on the cutting edge of research and development. November 12 is one of those rare occasions!

Dwight Riskey's top-level, real world experiences will provide interesting insights into the ways major corporations conduct and utilize market research to monitor customer behavior and determine emerging market needs that provide opportunities for new products and services.
Whether your clients are large, mid-size, or small they all face strategic decisions about their product and service offerings. Smaller firms, especially, cannot risk costly mistakes.

You cannot afford to miss this golden opportunity to hear, first-hand, how a leader in snack foods/fast foods uses R&D to meet marketing challenges and continue to grow profitably.

Please note the new venue for our Management Consultant's Forum. We are now meeting at the Doubletree Hotel -
4099 Valley View Lane, Dallas (North I-635 frontage road west of Midway).

Don't miss IMC D/FW's next Forum! There will be plenty of time for networking with colleagues before the interactive program while you enjoy a light buffet and your choice of beverage.

Gain new insights about wider, more effective networking. Relate your own experiences and ask questions. Have a great time!
