A trusted advisor and/or consultant's primary objective is to guide and support the achievement of the client's goals. The effectiveness of the engagement relies not only on traditional skill sets, i.e., business, organizational, and/or management expertise but also on advanced psychological and performance assessment skills and targeted interventions. A wise advisor will use a dynamic approach to meeting and exceeding client expectations.

This presentation will:

  • Highlight the importance and transformational power of the consultant and client relationship
  • Define and discuss psychological and performance considerations
  • Identify the situations that require the consultant to seek advice
  • Summarize the key points through a case study.

The participant will leave with specific techniques and activities that will help manage, finesse and negotiate the most complicated and challenging of client situations.

The evening will include networking and a light dinner prior to the start of the panel discussion and Q&A.
