Participants will gain insight on topics such as:
  • Know the critical success factors that make a partnership work
  • Recognize the stages of an effective partnership: forming, storming, norming, and performing
  • Explore how size differences can affect the partnership, i.e. individual consultant to individual consultant vs. big company to small company
  • Learn about business development alliances, such as referral partnerships or distribution and licensing agreements
  • Discuss why partnerships often fail, and learn tips to help you succeed
The evening will include networking and a light dinner prior to the start of the workshop and Q&A.
