Roberta advises professionals, executives and small business CEOs on building their purpose-driven personal brand, so that they gain a reputation as a go-to authority in their field who makes the world a better place.


Ellen Grace Henson is CEO of Marketing Mechanics, Inc., a consulting firm that has advised 180+ organizations including Fortune 100 and Global 500 companies, Start-ups, Government entities, and Nonprofits. She has driven radical results in sales, revenue, customer satisfaction, internal collaboration, and more. Prior to launching Marketing Mechanics in 2005, Ellen Grace spent several years as an engineer and technical manager and 10 years working for Silicon Graphics in product management, product marketing, and business development. She is a graduate of MIT.


Margie Hanson, Owner of consulting firm Communicating – Today’s Way, will explain how to create marketing communications that develop trust and credibility, show expertise and create loyalty, while at the same time keeping it simple and effective. Margie's focus is on connecting buyers to sellers from pre-need to post-sale and developing new, repeat and referral sales. She has a sales and marketing background  working with Fortune 500 companies, including the very first sales team for Cisco Systems.
