Becky uses facilitated group processes to help government and nonprofit clients define their business objectives, measure their performance against their objectives, and implement the change necessary to reach their goals. She has over 25 years of experience in facilitation, stakeholder engagement, organizational development, strategic planning, performance management, process improvement and reengineering, team building, leadership development, and systems engineering. Prior to founding Catoctin, Becky served as Director of Business Process Reengineering with DynCorp. She has also held management positions with Oracle and PRC. She received a BA degree in Architecture from Yale University and an MBA from the George Washington University.
Becky is the Certification Chair of the IMC National Capital Region Chapter. She was a founding board member of the Mid Atlantic Facilitators Network (MAFN), and is also a member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) and the Project Management Institute. She is a presenter at MAFN, IAF and IMC events. Previously, she served on the boards of the Round Hill Arts Center, Women In Technology, and the Loudoun County chapter of Zonta International.
