He is a retired officer of the U.S. Air Force Reserve. His military career specialties included logistics readiness, education and training. Mr. Everett is a graduate of the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelors degree in Urban Studies with concentration in Transportation Planning.
