Since I founded my marketing consulting practice in 1997, I have helped hundreds of companies, ad agencies and consulting firms grow with my strategic marketing plans, digital and traditional marketing programs, marketing presentations and training.
I work with clients of all sizes, but most have revenues of $2 million +. I also work as a collaborative team member for ad agencies and other consulting firms. My background is sales and marketing in the ERP application software industry.
Recent results include planning a social media marketing program that generated inquiries for my client in just three weeks, a strategic digital marketing plan and training for a brick and mortar's successful launch in online sales and marketing, and a marketing plan and implementation that resulted in a $2 Million order for an industrial lubricant manufacturer.
In the software industry as Director of Marketing at a $4 million software company I managed the re-branding and marketing effort that was a key factor in the company's doubling its revenues.
I taught Marketing in the Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business’ Entrepreneurship Graduate Program and taught the capstone Strategic Marketing course and Ethics in Advertising Marketing course for UCLA Extension's Marketing Certificate Program.
I have served IMC as Marketing Chair, Programs Chair and President of the SoCal Chapter, and I served on the Confab committee for four years, driving increased attendance with traditional and social media marketing. More recently I joined the 2017 and 2018 IMC USA Conference Committee as Marketing Chair and the IMC USA Board of Directors as VP Marketing for a three-year term that started in June of 2017.
Originally from the great state of Maine, I have lived and worked in cities for most of my career, including Boston (on the Route 128 high-tech loop), San Francisco (downtown and near the Presidio), and Los Angeles. I live with my husband Jim (also a consultant!) in the city of Simi Valley, California, a short drive northwest of downtown Los Angeles.
