Experienced in theology, rhetoric and business, Randy brings book briefings on poverty and social justice to CitySquare’s Urban Engagement Book Club. Besides writing for these two audiences and a worldwide client base, he has authored the e-book, 12 Vital Signs of Organizational Health to summarize key lessons learned over 16+ years of reading & speaking on the best business books.  The award is named for Richard F.
