Dan Pinkham is Principal Consultant and Owner of Lakehurst Consulting, LLC, founded in 2019. He works with clients to drive their continuous improvement efforts and solve difficult problems utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Dan offers over 35 years of industry experience as proven Operational Leader building and guiding teams in operations, engineering, asset care, operational excellence, project management, and health and safety, at both site and corporate levels. He is relentless learner, experimenter, and expert finder, and he thrives when connecting people and ideas and enabling collaboration. Dan worked in the chemical, fiberglass, and mining industries prior to founding the consultancy. He has an MBA from Marshall University, a BS in Chemical Engineering from The University of Maine, and is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He is a Certified Management Consultant and was elected to the Board of Directors of IMC USA in 2025. . The consultancy offerings include project management, problem-specific engagements, and staff augmentation.
