Charles R. Everett Jr.

Charles Everett currently serves as the Director of Aviation for the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey. He has worked as general manager of various airports in New York and Pennsylvania directly as government agency staff and as a consultant with AFCO/AvPORTS Management LLC. He has also worked with the Federal Aviation Administration at their Headquarters in Washington, D.C. dealing with matters involving airport management, operations, and development. He is in the process of transitioning back to full-time consulting activities as the Managing Director of Everett & Associates LLC, an independent management consulting firm. He focuses on inspiring authentic leadership, dealing with change in organizations, and preparing a diverse workforce for the future. E&A was established in 2004.

Mr. Everett is a retired officer of the U.S. Air Force Reserve with a military specialty in logistics. He received a bachelor’s degree in urban studies, with a major concentration in Transportation Planning from the College of Arts & Sciences of the University of Pennsylvania. He also has a Master of Business Administration degree, with a specialization in International Business from the University of Cumbria.

Mr. Everett is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC®) by the Institute of Management Consultants USA, an Organization Development Certified Professional (ODCP) by the Institute of Organization Development, a Certified Consultant by the Society for Church Consulting, a member of the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team, an Executive Member of the Academy of Management, and a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society.

Mr. Everett currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the National Museum of Industrial History and the Airports Council International – North America. Throughout his professional career, he has served on various business and community non-profit boards including several local chambers of commerce.
