CMC Triennial Recertification

It is time to complete and submit your IMC USA Triennial Recertification in order to continue using your CMC® credential.

The IMC 2026 CMC Triennial Recertification Form and a $150.00 fee are due by June 30, 2026, for those who were awarded their CMC® Certificate during the following three-year incremental periods: e.g., 2023, 2020, 2017, 2014, etc. Please follow the three-step process detailed below to complete your triennial recertification.

As a reminder, your Triennial Recertification Form and a $150.00 fee are due every third year from the year you earned your CMC® Certificate. 

There are three steps to completing the triennial recertification process:

1. Download and fill out your recertification form.

2. Process Your Payment

IMC USA prefers the use of electronic payment. Use the form on this page to submit a credit card or bank payment.

3. Sign and email your completed Recertification Form

Your completed IMC 2026 CMC Triennial Recertification Form must be submitted via the form on this page.
