In this discussion we will look at the Consultant’s AI/IP Risk Map: From Prompt to Tool to Deliverable. This is a simple tool you can apply immediately that covers: (1) what you put into AI, (2) what the tool does with it (and what the terms allow), and (3) what you deliver to the client.
We will discuss categories of risk — confidentiality leakage, IP ownership ambiguity, infringement/provenance concerns, and reputational risk. We will identify the few controls that give the biggest payoff without slowing the work.
