Intro
Loraine Huchler is the founder and president of MarTech Systems, Inc., a consulting firm that assesses and manages risk in water-related utility systems. MarTech’s services optimize the water systems in influent, steam, cooling, and wastewater systems in industrial facilities such as refineries, chemical plants, paper mills and power plants as well as the large-scale comfort heating and cooling water systems in corporate and university campuses, data centers, and manufacturing facilities. Other services include technology feasibility studies, water conservation and water reuse studies, technical training and serving as an expert witness in patent infringement and equipment failure litigation.
As Chair of the CTI Water Treating Committee, she leads the development of comprehensive, evidence-based CTI guidelines that serve as definitive practices for cooling water systems.
Ms Huchler has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Rochester, Rochester, New York, is licensed as a Professional Engineer, and has earned the accreditation of Certified Management Consultant® (CMC®) and honored as a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC) and a Lifetime Achievement Award for her leadership and contributions to the consulting profession.
