The Consulting Ethics Situation
Your 2-year contract with Elexsor is coming to an end. Nahil, is your primary client contact during this successful project. Surprisingly, Nahil has just told you that he is leaving after the project’s completion.
Nahil tells you he is taking a Senior VP position with TrueCon, one of Elexsor’s competitors. Moreover, he wants you to bid on a similar project he knows TrueCon is planning. While you like working with Nahil, you struggle with the right reply to his request.
