Mary Beth Pinda is a Business Improvement and Operation Effectiveness Consultant located in Barrington, Illinois. She provides business and technical consulting services for small and medium sized businesses and as a team member on large projects. A self-professed “Geek Who Likes to Write,” Mary Beth is a technologist who can communicate the technical understandably to the non-technical individual. She believes that businesses need to create and maintain written policies, procedures, and processes for operational success and growth. She has a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Illinois Chicago and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago in Finance and Behavioral Science. She worked with a variety companies, including the University of Illinois, Booz, Allen and Hamilton, and Year Book Medical Publishers. Mary Beth is editor of the book “Fire in the Corporate Belly” authored by Tom Fitzgerald.
