IMC USA announces a new, monthly virtual community group focused on sharing and learning consulting skills and business management to improve your clients’ results. The format is a mixture of peer-to-peer sharing, timely consulting topics and trends, and guest expert facilitators. The session is sponsored by the Institute of Management Consultants USA and is facilitated by Certified Management Consultant^® Loraine Huchler, P.E., CMC^®, FIMC.

November and December Sessions Open to All Consultants

Join us on the third Tuesday, 5-6 pm ET (2-3 pm PT) on November 18, 2025, and December 16, 2025.

The first session two sessions are open to all consultants. Consultants who attend may submit  questions and topics prior to each session to Loraine Huchler, [email protected], 609-865-8151 (cell).

2026 Sessions Are for IMC USA Members Only

Starting in January 2026, only IMC USA members who have renewed their membership and new members will be eligible to attend these monthly sessions at no charge.

Why IMC USA Created the Consultant Knowledge Exchange

This idea began over two years ago to support consultants who attended our Academy courses: QuickStart (QS) and Mastering Management Consulting (MMC). Members of the group “started on the same page” with a common framework of our Academy course teachings and were able to support each other’s business and consulting practices.

How the IMC USA Consultant Knowledge Exchange Works

The group topics are driven by member needs and wants. For example, during last month’s session, participants provided information about their use of AI tasks and questions about other ways AI can help improve their business – and their clients’ business – outcomes. Guest expert Rob Berg, author of a newly released book, “The Consultant’s AI Companion, Everything You Need to Succeed in the Age of Artificial Intelligence,” provided an overview and answered the many questions about the use of AI in their businesses.

In order to encourage a robust discussion and help safeguard the confidential information of our members, we do not record the sessions.
